We are an NCAA compliant scouting service that offers a unique and valued opinion throughout the basketball landscape. Our Phenom Platform offers nationally recognized exposure camps, AAU tournaments, and high school showcases with the chance to play in front of prime time coaches and scouts.

WHAT is PhenomHoopReport.com? A college basketball scouting service known for covering the top high school, AAU, and exposure events in the country. Founded by Rick Lewis, the Phenom Hoop Report is based upon a simple philosophy of “balanced, thorough, and detailed evaluations based upon the 3 P’s philosophy of Performance, Production, and Potential.”   With the help of his business partner, Jamie Shaw, Coach Lewis has recently expanded the reach of his scouting service to cover South Carolina, DMV, and Virginia, with local scouts providing numerous features on players, schools, games, and events, as well as expanded rankings for NC, VA, MD/DC and SC, by class.

Today, schools from every major US conference are taking advantage of Rick Lewis' scouting service.
